常見問題 FAQ
A：營業時間是09:00~18:00，若有公休會公布在粉專，需要於營業時間取還車
Our shop is open from 9:00 to 18:00 daily. Must be returned within business hours.
A：建議全程配戴，我們會免費提供成人及兒童安全帽。
Helmet use is recommended for safety. Adult and kids’ helmets are provided for free.
A：無法。 本店自行車限於 埔里鎮 內 騎乘，不可前往武嶺或其他高山路段。
No. Bikes are for use within Puli only and are not permitted for riding to Wuling or other high-altitude routes.
A：不行喔！為確保安全，本店沒有提供協力車，也不允許自行車雙載。
No. Tandem riding is not allowed, and we do not offer tandem bikes.
A：目前無提供個人傷害保險，如有需要，建議自行投保旅平險或相關險種。
We do not provide personal accident insurance. Please purchase your own travel or accident insurance if needed.

Please check the bike's condition (appearance, tires, brakes) when picking it up. If you notice any issues within 30 minutes, let us know immediately.

Minors may rent bikes with a parent present. If not accompanied, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required.
A：目前沒有喔！我們的 店鋪位於埔里，尚無其他分店，需於本店取還車。
We currently do not offer one-way rentals. Bikes must be picked up and returned at our Puli shop.

Mileage Policy
※一般電量可騎乘約 60–70 公里，實際里程會受上坡、雙載、速度與換電站位置影響，建議出發前確認沿線換電站位置。
A typical battery charge provides approximately 60–70 kilometers of riding range, but the actual range will vary depending on uphill sections, carrying two passengers, speed, and the location of battery swapping stations.
It is recommended to confirm the location of battery swapping stations along the route before setting off.
※短租含里程 60 公里；日租含日里程 130 公里；超出10公里+$50；超出20公里+$100
Short-term rental includes 60 km of mileage; daily rental includes 130 km of daily mileage; additional $50 for every 10 km exceeding this limit; additional $100 for every 20 km exceeding this limit.

Q1. 需要什麼證件才能租 Gogoro？What documents do I need to rent a Gogoro?
A：需持有 普通重型機車駕照；國際旅客需提供 國際駕照（A 格、需蓋章）＋護照。
You must have a valid Taiwanese motorcycle license.
International visitors must present an IDP (Category A with stamp) and a passport.A：建議提前預約以確保有車；若現場有車則可現場租借。
We recommend making a reservation. Walk-ins are accepted if scooters are available.A：不行，租借 Gogoro 需年滿 18 歲並具備有效機車駕照。
No. Renters must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid motorcycle license.A：可以。車款等同 125c.c. 機車，載重上限約 200 公斤
Yes, with a load capacity of approx. 200 kg.A：踏板可放置 約 25cm 寬的小型行李；若行李過大，歡迎寄放在門市。
The footboard can hold a small suitcase up to 25cm wide. If your luggage is larger, you may store it at our shop.A：清境可以，但 不建議前往武嶺等高海拔或偏遠地區。出發前請務必確認里程與換電站位置。
Qingjing is OK; Wuling is NOT recommended due to steep terrain & battery limits.A：如遇車輛故障或需協助，請先透過 Line@545bike 或來電與我們聯繫。

A：不防水，請務必將 鑰匙收入口袋或乾燥處，以免受潮故障，也不要鎖進車廂。
Gogoro keys are NOT waterproof. Keep them dry and do not store them in the trunk.A：長按鑰匙按鈕即可開啟車廂。
Long-press the key button to reopen the trunk.A：通常是以下原因：

後車廂未關緊 → 用力按壓坐墊

側柱未踢回 → 將側柱收回；若仍無反應，先踢出再踢回
Triangle warning = trunk not closed OR side stand not returned.

A：車輛進入 休眠模式。
長按儀表板 GO 鍵 5–10 秒 → 看見驚嘆號閃爍 → 再用鑰匙啟動即可。
Hold GO button for 5–10 sec to wake the vehicle.A：若換電站為 雙螢幕款，請確保兩顆電池 都放在同一側 的槽位；分兩邊放無法感應；如果已經放入，等待倒數秒數結束就會跳出，再重新操作即可。
At dual-screen stations, insert both batteries on the same side.If already added, wait for the countdown to finish and try again.A：不行。Gogoro 電池為 車輛綁定制，無法使用他車電池。
No. Batteries are VIN-locked and cannot be swapped between vehicles.
